II. Data Collection & Purpose
We process personal data only as necessary to provide a functional website and its contents, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Providing personal data via the contact form is voluntary. Without this information, however, we cannot respond to your inquiry.
III. Third-Party Services
3.1 Hosting & CDN (Bunny)
This website is hosted and delivered using BunnyCDN, operated by BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia, EU). When you visit this website, the server automatically collects standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp) necessary for security, performance optimization, and reliable delivery. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Content may be delivered via globally distributed server locations; BunnyWay relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard for such transfers.
3.2 Contact Form (Formspark & Botpoison)
If you contact us via the provided form, your data (name, email, message) is processed securely via Formspark (based in the EU). To protect against spam, the form uses Botpoison, which evaluates interactions to block automated bots. Both services may process data on servers outside the EU and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard. Processing of contact data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
IV. Data Retention
Server access logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Contact form data is retained for the duration of processing your inquiry and a maximum of 6 months thereafter, unless a further business relationship arises.
V. Cookies & Local Storage
This website does not use cookies and does not store any data in your browser's local storage for tracking or analytics purposes. No analytics or advertising tools are employed.
VI. Automated Decision-Making
No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place on this website.

- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
